How long does it take to assemble a dedicated development team?
A 3-person starter team can be onboarded within 72 hours of you approving the profiles. A larger Growth or Scale team typically takes 5–7 business days depending on the specialisations required. We don’t rush matching — we’d rather take an extra day than place the wrong person.
Can I replace or add team members mid-project?
Yes, both. You can scale the team up or down with 2 weeks’ notice at any point. If a specific team member isn’t working out, we replace them within 5 business days at no extra cost — the rest of the team keeps delivering throughout.
Who manages the team — us or you?
That’s your choice. We can provide a Project Manager who manages the team on your behalf — handling sprint planning, daily standups, and delivery reporting. Or your own internal leads can manage directly. Most clients use a hybrid: we supply the PM, they set the product direction.
Is the entire team white-label and confidential?
Yes. We sign NDAs before any work begins and the entire team operates under your brand if needed — your Slack workspace, your email domain, your project management tools. Your clients will never know we’re involved unless you choose to tell them.
Can the team work in our existing tools — Jira, GitHub, Slack?
Yes. Your dedicated team plugs into whatever tools and workflow you already use. We don’t require any new systems or processes — the team adapts to you, not the other way around.
What if we need a specialist not in a standard package?
